I, being a User of the website smartmind.uz, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (No. ZRU‑547 of 02.07.2019), grant Smartmind Limited Liability Company (registered address: Tashkent city, Sergeli district, Bunyodobod MFY, Ya ko'chasi, 7-uy) (hereinafter – the Company) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms:
1. List of Personal Data
I authorize the processing of the following personal data:
- surname, first name, patronymic;
- gender;
- day, month and year of birth;
- place of birth;
- email address;
- mobile phone number;
- vehicle geolocation data;
- information about the vehicle (VIN, make, model, color, year of manufacture and other details).
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
I consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- registering me as a user of the "ADM Connect" application, with the subsequent ability to receive services as a User;
- concluding and performing contractual relations between the User and the Company;
- sending messages through the website's support service;
- receiving information from the Company about the services it provides, and participating in promotions, surveys and research conducted by the Company and its partners, including (but not limited to) surveys and research conducted via email and telephone communication;
- receiving additional services from the Company and the Company's partners, including (but not limited to) consulting services, including for the purpose of concluding further contracts/agreements with other persons.
3. Consent to Receive Informational and Advertising Messages
I agree to receive informational mailings (advertising messages) from the Company containing advertising of goods and services provided by the Company and its partners, to my contact details, including my email address and mobile phone number (including accounts linked to it in WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram and other messengers).
4. Methods of Processing Personal Data
Personal data is processed both with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools (mixed processing).
5. Actions with Personal Data
To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in Section 2 of this Consent, the Company has the right to carry out the following actions with my personal data:
- collection of personal data using the website smartmind.uz;
- recording (including recording on electronic media);
- systematization;
- accumulation;
- storage;
- compilation of lists;
- labeling;
- clarification (updating, modification);
- extraction;
- use;
- transfer (provision, access) to third parties;
- anonymization;
- blocking;
- deletion;
- destruction of personal data.
6. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
I consent to the provision by the Company of my personal data to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in Section 2 of this Consent.
Personal data is transferred to such third parties under the terms of agreements containing provisions on confidentiality and ensuring the security of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (No. ZRU‑547 of 02.07.2019).
This also includes my consent to the provision by the Company of my personal data to third parties whose personal data storage systems fully comply with applicable law, who are responsible for secure access to data storage and processing servers, including through the use of secure communication channels; whose data storage and processing servers are under continuous antivirus monitoring for vulnerabilities; and whose personal data storage systems are located in isolated networks.
7. Term of this Consent
This Consent to the processing of personal data is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes specified in Section 2 of this Consent are achieved, or until it is withdrawn in the manner provided for in Section 8, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Procedure for Withdrawing Consent
I understand that I have the right to withdraw this Consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding notice to the Company in writing or to the Company's email address. The Company shall, within a reasonable time not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of such notice, cease processing and delete the personal data.
9. Rights Regarding Marketing Communications and Access to Information
I understand that I have the right to contact the Company with a request to stop the distribution of advertising messages to me. The Company is obliged to ensure the cessation of informational mailings (advertising messages) containing advertising of goods and services provided by the Company and its partners, to my contact details.
I also understand that I have the right to contact the Company with a written request for information regarding the processing of my personal data, and to exercise my rights provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on personal data. Consent may be withdrawn at the written request of the User.
10. Acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy
I confirm that I have read the Company's Privacy Policy, which defines the conditions for processing and ensuring the security of personal data, as well as the obligations and liability of the Company in carrying out such processing. The Privacy Policy is published on the Company's website.
