Users of the ADM Connect mobile application and other services of Smartmind LLC (the “Company”) may request deletion of their account and related personal data at any time. To do so, fill in the form below or send a request to info@smartmind.uz.

2. What data is deleted
Processing the request results in deletion or anonymization of:
- the User's account (phone number, verification codes, account identifiers);
- personal profile data (full name, date and place of birth, gender, email address — if provided);
- vehicle and telematics data linked to the account (VIN, trip history, events, etc.);
- other personal data processed in connection with the use of the App, unless its retention is required under section 4.
3. Processing timeline
The Company reviews the request and deletes or anonymizes personal data within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the request. The User is notified of the outcome at the email address provided in the form or email.
4. Data that may be retained
Certain data may be retained by the Company after account deletion where required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or necessary for:
- performance of contractual obligations in effect at the time of the request (e.g. an active paid subscription);
- compliance with accounting, tax and other mandatory record‑keeping requirements;
- protection of the Company's rights and legitimate interests in case of a dispute or claim.
Such data is retained for the period established by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. For more information on retention periods and User rights, see the Privacy Policy.
